I found the staff friendly and helpful. the restaurant provided delicious meals at reasonable prices and the breakfast was a great inclusion. i really liked that it was centrally located yet very quiet due to its tucked-away location. the pool looked inviting.
the bathroom had a faint odor that was noticeable, but not too bad.

The hotel includes individual cottages and balconies. These gave us a lot of privacy. the gardens was immaculate. I am grateful for the beauty i saw. the staff members were all cute and friendly, always ready to help with a smile.
the shower had a bit of an issue with consistent water pressure, but it was a minor inconvenience overall.

The staff offered excellent service. i forgot my passport in the vault and they sent it to me safely. I really appreciate that. the hotel's central location made getting around easy. I enjoyed the acoustic music at the restaurant each night.

The room I booked needed serious attention. The toilet seat was loose, and there was no hot water . The bed was uneven. the room felt poorly maintained overall (I expected much better).
